Why We Started NeoWell Aesthetics Group: A Business Built on Real Needs

Every business I’ve created has been born from the same place: seeing a clear need and building something to meet it in the best way possible.

For a long time, I never thought aesthetics would be part of that journey of building businesses. My background and interest were deeply rooted in regenerative medicine and wellness. I believed that once people felt better, physically, emotionally, hormonally, they would naturally look better. That’s where I put my focus. In helping people feel better.

But once we added aesthetics to NeoWell, something unexpected happened: 

My eyes and heart were opened. I started seeing things differently. 

A Shift in Perspective

I assumed people had to feel better and then they could care about how they looked. But what I witnessed, over and over again, was the opposite.

People came in because they wanted to feel better about the way they looked. And once they did, they started showing up for themselves in other ways. Healthier ways. Their confidence shifted. Their energy improved. They started making healthier choices. In many cases, looking better was the catalyst for feeling better, not the result of it.

That shift changed everything for me. I started to see aesthetics not as something superficial, but as a legitimate entry point into deeper wellness and transformation, when it’s done with intention.

Then COVID Hit

During the pandemic, we brought on several part-time RNs, NPs, and PAs to help support NeoWell. We listened to their stories. We saw their talent. And we quickly realized that there was another huge gap that needed to be filled, not for patients this time, but for providers.

We heard the same things over and over:

“I’ve spent thousands on trainings and still don’t feel confident.”“I built a website, but have no idea how to get clients in the chair.”“I love aesthetics, but I feel like I’m winging it most days.”

That was the spark that lit the fire for what eventually became our 6-month Master Level training and mentorship program, a structured, supportive, and business-savvy path for providers who want to grow the right way. NeoWell Aesthetics Group was born!

The Gaps We Couldn’t Ignore

As we built deeper into aesthetics, the industry gaps became impossible to ignore:

• Providers getting trained, but not supported

• No real protocols for some of the most cutting-edge regenerative tools

• A disconnect between aesthetics and wellness, when they’re actually deeply connected

• A flood of products…but very few businesses offering clear education and guidance on how to use them safely and effectively

We didn’t want to add more noise. We wanted to build something that could offer real clarity, real education, and real outcomes, for both providers and their patients.

What NeoWell Aesthetics Group Is About

We launched NeoWell Aesthetics Group with one goal: to do things differently.

• To create a place where providers could be trained, mentored, and actually supported.

• And to help people feel better, look better, and live better — no matter where they start.

This is the heart of why we started.And it’s just the beginning of where we’re going.
