• NeoWell reserves the right to request verification of credentials and may restrict access if necessary.

5. Course Access and Payment Terms

• Subscription (monthly or annual)

• Access granted via promotions or partnerships

• Access duration and content availability will be specified at the time of purchase.

5.1 Fees and Billing

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeoWellness LLC, its employees, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses (including legal fees) arising from:
